We collect only what we need to fulfil your order and run the gift experience: your name, email, and payment details (handled securely by our payment processor), along with the note and song you add. When you send a candle to someone else, we contact them to collect their shipping details and to deliver your digital gift card and chat. We never sell your data — wherever in the world you are. You can ask us at any time for a copy of the information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it; just write to us, and we'll honour the request in line with the data-protection laws that apply to you.
