We ship worldwide. Orders are packed by hand and typically leave us within 3–5 business days, tracked; delivery times then vary by destination. Sending a candle as a gift? We'll reach out to your recipient for their shipping details — you never need their address. Because each candle and its ceramic vessel are fragile and hand-made, please inspect your order on arrival and contact us within 7 days if anything arrived damaged, and we'll make it right. Changed your mind? You have 30 days from delivery to return a candle — unburned and in its original packaging — for a full refund, and we cover the return shipping. That's on top of any consumer rights you hold where you live.
